HealthCare Parters commissioned the firm to renovate the dated and worn exterior shell of this medical office building as part of a complete building modernization.  In addition to the facade renovation, the project team successfully improved the parking layout, resolved accessible access issues and provided a new lighting, landscape and signage design package that greatly improved curb appeal.  Building upon the original design, the renovation takes advantage of the exposed structural framework and utilizes composite aluminum panels, glazing and concrete to transform the building into an iconic design that will endure for years to come. A testament to this has been the positive feedback received from city officials, the neighboring community and, more importantly, patients and doctors occupying the building.
